Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their communications with Aureon Medical.
How to Request Deletion
1. Send an email to davide_city@hotmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. 2. Include the phone number used to communicate with us through WhatsApp and enough information for us to identify the relevant records. 3. For security, we may ask for additional information to verify identity before processing the request.
What Happens Next
After verification, we will review the request and delete or anonymise eligible personal information from systems under our control within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law. We will confirm completion by email where appropriate.
Information We May Retain
Certain information may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Information maintained by independent third-party platforms may be subject to those providers’ own retention and deletion processes.
